Why shop our ReStore? 

When you shop our ReStore, you help us to build homes with local families in need of affordable housing. The proceeds from our ReStore also enable us to pay a living wage, including benefits, to our staff. It’s what we like to call a win-win for everyone involved—you get great stuff at great prices all to benefit a great cause.

Is what I see what I get? 

The condition and color of an item may appear different in photos than in person. Please call (970) 945-9138 to get more information and/or to have the item placed on hold to give you time to come in to see the item(s) in person. 

What is your return policy? 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL for in-store and online purchases, therefore we do not allow returns or exchanges. If you are considering a purchase, please call (970) 945-9138 BEFORE you make your purchase to get more information and/or to have the item placed on hold to give you time to come in to see the item(s) in person.

Why don’t you allow returns or exchanges? 

As a nonprofit organization, we operate on thin margins and cannot dedicate the resources required to handle returns or exchanges. 

Can I place items on hold? 

We can hold items through the end of normal business hours on the same day. If you see something on the website that you like, please call (970) 945-9138 to place a hold BEFORE you make your purchase.

What if I can’t pick my purchase up right away?

Purchased items left in our ReStore for longer than three (3) days are subject to a $25 per day storage fee. If you require us to store your purchased items for longer than three days, please call (970) 945-9138 to make arrangements.

Do you allow “haggling”? 

We set our prices based on the make and condition of an item and do not negotiate. (Remember, the proceeds from your purchase are going to a great cause!)

Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase? 

All items purchased from our ReStore are subject to state tax (3.9%). If you are having your purchase delivered to one of our local delivery areas, you will be charged city sales tax based on your delivery location.

Do you deliver? 

We offer local delivery and monthly delivery to Denver. If you would like to have your purchase shipped outside of our delivery areas, you can arrange shipping with one of our shipping partners. DELIVERY, SHIPPING & SALES TAX POLICIES

If you are concerned about cost, please call (970) 945-9138 for a delivery quote BEFORE making your purchase.

Why can’t I pay for delivery and sales tax at the same time I make my online purchase? 

We do not have sales tax and delivery variables set up in our system. We will charge the appropriate sales tax and delivery charge when you call to set up delivery.
