FAQ

COVID-19 updates

Habitat for Humanity of the Roaring Fork Valley stands in solidarity with businesses, governments, and organizations throughout our Valley who believe that it is our collective responsibility to do all we can to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our staff and our community at this time. Over the coming weeks, we will be updating this page with the latest information about our ReStore and Basalt Vista build site activities.

Is your ReStore open?

As of May 5, 2020, we are open and following all local and state COVID-19 safety guidelines. (Thanks in advance for your cooperation in following the rules we’ve put into place to keep our customers and staff as safe as possible.) We hope you’ll come in to see us, but if you are not comfortable heading out just yet, you can shop our Virtual ReStore.

What are your hours?

Monday-Saturday: 10:00am – 5:00pm

Sunday: CLOSED

*Hours subject to change without notice, so if you’re coming from a distance, we recommend calling (970) 945-9138 to confirm our hours that day.

Are you accepting ReStore donations?

Yes! You can schedule a FREE White Glove Pick-Up by calling (970) 618-1666 or online. We are also accepting donations at our north loading dock from 11am-4pm Monday-Friday.

Can I volunteer?

We have a limited amount of volunteer opportunities on our Basalt Vista build site. Click here for more information.

How can I help?

Habitat for Humanity of the Roaring Fork Valley remains a community-based organization and we will continue to support the hardworking families in our valley who need us most. If you are able, monetary donations are especially appreciated at this time to help us navigate our way through this unprecedented crisis. You can give online or by calling Kristen Wilmes at (970) 309-8179

We send our hopes and prayers for your family’s continued good health and well being.

Help us build affordable homes with the people we need in our community

Families who partner with us build their own homes alongside volunteers, pay an affordable mortgage and are grateful for your help.
