ReStore Post Purchase & Sales Tax Policies

The best and fastest way to get your purchase is to pick it up at our ReStore during normal business hours. If you’d like to arrange delivery or shipping, please read our policies BEFORE making your purchase. RESTORE LOCATION & HOURS

Delivery & Shipping Eligibility

Please note that some items may not be eligible for delivery or shipping. If you are unable to pick up your purchased item(s) at our ReStore, please call (970) 945-9138 to discuss delivery or shipping eligibility BEFORE making your purchase.

Sales Tax

You will be charged local sales tax (3.9%) at the time of purchase for items to be picked up at our ReStore. If you have your purchased item(s) delivered, city sales tax based on your delivery location will apply. 

In-Store Pick Up

When you make a purchase on our website and select “pick up”, your purchase will be pulled from inventory. Any ReStore team member can assist you when you come to the store to pick up your items.

Post Purchase Storage

At ReStore Roaring Fork, we understand that our guests may need temporary storage for their purchased items. To accommodate this, we offer the following storage policy:


1. Seven (7) Days of Complimentary Storage: 

Purchased items may be stored at the ReStore for 7 days free of charge from the date of purchase.


2. Storage Fees After 7 Days:

Beginning on the 8th day, a weekly storage fee of 10% of the total value of the stored items will be charged. (Tax not included.)


3. Communication and Payment:

Guests are responsible for maintaining communication with ReStore staff regarding their storage needs. Storage fees must be paid promptly to continue storing items beyond the 7-day complimentary period.


4. Failure to Communicate or Pay:

If a guest fails to communicate or pay the applicable storage fees, ReStore reserves the right to return the items to its inventory. In such cases, the original payment for the items will be refunded, less a 25% restocking fee.


5. Limited Space Considerations:

Due to our limited storage space, it is essential that items are picked up promptly.

This policy helps ensure we can protect all guests’ purchases and maintain a safe, organized environment.

Delivery: Local


Our local delivery area encompasses Aspen to Rifle. If you would like to arrange local delivery, please indicate this during checkout and call (970) 945-9138 to arrange delivery. You will be required to pay delivery charge and city sales tax based on your delivery location when you set up delivery.

Carbondale & Glenwood- $150+

Basalt, Silt, & New Castle- $170+

Redstone, Aspen, Snowmass, & Rifle- $200+

Marble, Parachute: $220+


We do charge for furniture staging, area prep, furniture assembly, and stairs.

While we do not offer delivery outside of our local area, you can ship anywhere in the continental United States (all states and territories except Alaska and Hawaii and Puerto Rico) via one of our shipping partners:
