The Carter has no income caps! This is an unique opportunity where homes are available at different price points. The purchase price is based on your income, and there are homes available with no income caps.

How fast can I close on my condo?

You can close on your condo within the next 30-60 days.

Will there be HOA dues?

There will be a monthly HOA fee based on the condo's square footage and parking options.

What is a deed restriction?

To ensure the long-term affordability of each condo, a deed restriction will be recorded at the time of initial sale. The appreciation will be capped at 3% appreciation per year or CPI, whichever is lower. The condos must be owner-occupied with employment in our region.


Resident Occupied units will only be restricted to resident occupied, there is no appreciation cap. 


Is there parking available?

There is parking available in a covered garage for an additional cost. There is also ample free parking available surrounding the building. 


EV Charging Stations are available. 


Do I need a Realtor to purchase a condo?

No, you can purchase directly from Habitat for Humanity. However, if you are working with an realtor, Habitat RFV will provide up to __% of the buyers broker fees. 

What types of units are available?

There are three different floorplans available at The Carter. We have Studio, Jr. One Bedroom, and One Bedroom condos available. 

What income bracket do I fall within?
