Building Stability - Wapiti Commons Final Six Homeowners
By the end of this year, six hardworking families will open the doors to their new Wapiti Commons homes in Rifle, marking an incredible milestone for our community.
Each of these families has invested hundreds of hours of sweat equity, financial preparation, and determination to make their dream of homeownership a reality. Their journeys are unique, but they share a common goal: to build a stable foundation for their futures and for the next generation.
One of those families is Vivian and her two daughters.
Vivian has spent the past year working tirelessly to bring up her credit score and pay off debt. All while facing the uncertainty of potential homelessness. Her perseverance, even in the most challenging moments, has paved the way for this new beginning.
For Vivian, this home represents far more than walls and a roof. It’s a foundation for her daughters, a place where they can feel safe, grow, and dream.
