Your Gift Will Directly Impact the Lives of Children and Their Families
Our region has some of the highest housing prices in the nation, making it hard for the people we need in our communities to live close to where they work. Since 1999, Habitat Roaring Fork has built 60 homes in Basalt, Carbondale, Emma, Glenwood Springs, Rifle, and Silt, providing safe, affordable housing for over 56 families, including more than 85 children and 115 adults. But since the affordable housing crisis has only grown more acute, we have set the audacious goal of building nearly 50 homes in just five years.

“We have been in our home for a few months now and we love our Basalt Vista community and neighbors. It’s clear that we share many of the same values: hard work, family, and giving back. We are passionate about Habitat not only because we found our forever home through them, but because we want to help other deserving families work towards the same goal.”
