3+ years of retail management, merchandising, or sales experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.
Excellent customer service orientation and organizational skills.
Proficiency with POS systems and basic reporting tools.
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
