At ReStore Roaring Fork, we understand that our guests may need temporary storage for their
purchased items. To accommodate this, we offer the following storage policy:
1. 7 Days of Complimentary Storage:
○ Purchased items may be stored at the ReStore for 7 days free of charge from
the date of purchase.
2. Storage Fees After 7 Days:
○ Beginning on the 8th day, a weekly storage fee of 10% of the total value of the
stored items will be charged. (Tax not included.)
3. Communication and Payment:
○ Guests are responsible for maintaining communication with ReStore staff
regarding their storage needs.
○ Storage fees must be paid promptly to continue storing items beyond the 7-day
complimentary period.
4. Failure to Communicate or Pay:
○ If a guest fails to communicate or pay the applicable storage fees, ReStore
reserves the right to return the items to its inventory.
○ In such cases, the original payment for the items will be refunded, less a 25%
restocking fee.
5. Limited Space Considerations:
○ Due to our limited storage space, it is essential that items are picked up promptly.
○ This policy helps ensure we can protect all guests’ purchases and maintain a
safe, organized environment.
